Applications for the 2024 ARRL Club Grants program are now being reviewed (the application period closed July 26, 2024).

Lo scorso 30 novembre la nostra Associazione presentò al MIMIT un articolato documento nel quale, fra l’altro, s’invitava il Ministero a considerare l’attribuzione temporanea su base annuale al servizio di Radioamatore - in deroga al PNRF - delle bande dei 4 e 8 metri, nonché l’estensione della banda 160 metri.

Questa mattina, venerdì 30 agosto, con note prot. 67210 e prot. 67221, il MIMIT ci ha comunicato che a seguito della nostra richiesta decise di avviare una consultazione con lo Stato Maggiore della Difesa (a cui tali frequenze sono assegnate). Sulla base dei pareri espressi sono state autorizzate - in base di non interferenza - in via generale e temporanea, fino al 31 dicembre 2024, sull’intero territorio nazionale, sperimentazioni per scopi radioamatoriali di propagazione nelle bande di frequenza richieste.

Le note di cui sopra indicano le modalità di utilizzo, e sono già state inviate ai Comitati Regionali e alle Sezioni per darne la massima diffusione al corpo sociale.

ARI è a tutti gli effetti un’azienda di piccole/medie dimensioni che lavora per noi. Per numero di soci, attività svolte e movimentazione contabile richiede una gestione in grado di ottemperare alla complessità delle operazioni e ai requisiti di legge. Mentre un’azienda ha, di norma, manager a tempo pieno, retribuiti e selezionati in base alle necessità, ARI, al contrario, si basa su volontari che dedicano tempo e risorse a titolo gratuito e compatibilmente con la propria esperienza e i propri impegni lavorativi e familiari. In ogni buona organizzazione bisogna però saper riconoscere quando le necessità cambiano, ed agire tempestivamente per trovarsi nelle più idonee condizioni operative.
